Earn with Symdey Couture

Say you refer just 5 friends a month who each spend an average of ₦25,000 on eligible items.

1. Eligibility. Any verified Symdey Couture customer with an active account may apply. One affiliate account per user.
2. Approval. Applications are reviewed manually. We may reject any application without disclosing the reason in detail beyond the note we share with you.
3. Commission. You earn the site-wide default rate (currently 10.00%) on every eligible product in an order placed through your referral link. Some products carry a different rate, which is the rate that applies for that product. The rate is locked in at the moment the order is placed — later changes do not affect already-earned commissions.
4. Eligible products. Only products flagged as "affiliate-eligible" by Symdey Couture earn commission. Shipping, taxes, and discounts are excluded from the commission base.
5. Attribution. We use last-click, cookie-based attribution. A referral is credited to the most recent affiliate code clicked within the cookie window (currently 30 days).
6. Self-referral is not allowed. Orders you place yourself, even via your own link, do not earn commission.
7. Pending → Approved. A commission appears in your dashboard as Pending when the customer pays. It flips to Approved (i.e., withdrawable) when Symdey Couture marks the order Completed. If an order is declined before completion, the related commission is cancelled.
8. Minimum payout. You can request a payout once your Approved balance reaches ₦5,000.00. The minimum can be updated by Symdey Couture; the current minimum applies to new requests only.
9. Payout methods. Choose bank transfer or store credit at registration. You can change later, but the change requires admin re-approval before it can be used. Bank transfers are processed manually; store credit is added to your account balance and applies automatically on your next order.
10. Payout reference & proof. When a payout is paid, Symdey Couture records a payment reference and uploads a proof of payment (bank receipt for transfers, an auto-generated credit note for store credit) — both are visible in your payout history and emailed with the confirmation.
11. Rejection. If a payout is rejected, you will see the reason in your dashboard and receive it by email. The underlying commissions remain in your approved balance and can be re-requested.
12. Prohibited promotion. No paid search ads bidding on Symdey Couture brand terms; no misleading discount or coupon claims; no spam (unsolicited email, SMS, DMs). Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.
13. Suspension & termination. Symdey Couture may suspend or terminate an affiliate at any time for breach of these rules or for fraud. Suspended affiliates retain access to already-approved balances; pending commissions may be forfeited.
14. Tax. You are responsible for any tax owed on payouts. Symdey Couture does not withhold tax on your behalf.
15. Changes. These rules can change. You will be notified by email when any rule, the commission rate, the minimum payout, or the cookie window changes. Continued use of your affiliate account after a change counts as acceptance.
