Returns policy

Every Symdey piece is cut and sewn after you order it. That shapes our returns policy, and we want it to be clear before you buy.

Standard sizes — 14 days

Pieces ordered in a standard size (UK 6–24 from our size chart) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, free from blemishes, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of the piece reaching us.

Custom-measured pieces — final sale

A piece cut to your own measurements is final sale, because it was made for one body and cannot be resold. If a custom-measured piece arrives with a making fault, contact us within 14 days and we will repair or remake it at no cost.

Before you order

Please use the size guide to confirm your size, or send your own measurements through the custom-size option — it costs nothing extra and is the surest route to a perfect fit. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering; we reply within one business day.
